DELIVERY ZONES AND TIMEFRAMES

Lagos Mainland (Ikeja, Surulere, Yaba, Mushin, Agege, Oshodi, Ikorodu, etc.)
Same-day or next-day delivery.

Lagos Island (Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Ajah, Sangotedo, etc.)
Same-day or next-day delivery.

Abuja / Port Harcourt
2 to 4 business days.

Other Nigerian Cities (Ibadan, Benin, Enugu, Kano, Warri, Calabar, etc.)
3 to 5 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00 PM WAT are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp so you can monitor delivery in real-time.


SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship via GIG Logistics for interstate deliveries and Kwik Delivery for same-day Lagos orders. The courier used may vary depending on your location and order size, but all deliveries are trackable.


PAY ON DELIVERY (LAGOS ONLY)

Pay on Delivery is available exclusively for customers within Lagos (Mainland and Island). Here's how it works:

1. At checkout, select Pay on Delivery as your payment method.

2. A non-refundable confirmation fee of ₦3000 is required at checkout to confirm your order. This fee covers part of the shipping cost and confirms you are serious about the order.

3. When the rider arrives, you pay the remaining balance for the product(s) plus any outstanding shipping fee via cash or bank transfer.

4. You are entitled to inspect the product before completing payment. If the product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, you may refuse delivery.

Important: The ₦3000 confirmation fee is non-refundable if you cancel after the order has been dispatched or if you refuse a delivery that matches your order. This policy exists to cover logistics costs and prevent fake orders. Shipping fees must still be covered by the customer on all Pay on Delivery orders.


ONLINE PAYMENT

For customers outside Lagos or those who prefer to pay upfront, we accept secure online payment via Paystack at checkout. Accepted methods include:

- Debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Verve)
- Bank transfer
- USSD

All online payments are processed securely. Your card details are never stored on our servers.


DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will investigate with our courier partner and provide an update within 24 hours.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, do not accept the delivery. Take photos of the packaging and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a swap and cover all return shipping.

At DCZ, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's our straightforward return and refund policy.


7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within this window and we will process your return.


ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

- Product is unused and in its original condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging intact.
- Product arrived damaged or defective out of the box.
- You received the wrong item that does not match your order.
- Product stopped functioning within 7 days of delivery.


NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

- Products returned after the 7-day window has passed.
- Products that have been used, opened, and show signs of wear beyond initial testing.
- Products with missing accessories, cables, or original packaging.
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure, or tampering.
- Adhesive-backed items (such as the magnetic back plate) that have been applied and removed.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return. If the product is damaged or defective, send clear photos.

Step 2: We review and approve
We will review your request within 24 hours and confirm whether your return is approved. If approved, we provide return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the product back
For Lagos customers, we may arrange pickup. For customers outside Lagos, you are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Step 4: Refund or replacement processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund or replacement is processed within 48 hours.


REFUND DETAILS

- Paid online (Paystack): Refunded to original payment method.
- Paid on delivery (cash): Refunded via bank transfer.
- Refund timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving returned item.

What is NOT refunded:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The ₦3000 Pay on Delivery confirmation fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs (for customers outside Lagos) are the customer's responsibility.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged or defective, the rules are different and in your favour:

- We replace the product at no cost to you.
- We cover return shipping for damaged items.
- Or we issue a full refund including shipping if a replacement is unavailable.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Do not discard the packaging until your claim is resolved.


30-DAY FUNCTIONALITY GUARANTEE

Every DCZ product comes with a 30-day functionality guarantee. If any component stops working within 30 days of delivery — the fan, battery, display, joystick, or any other part — we replace it.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use. It does not cover damage from drops, water, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

To make a warranty claim, message us on WhatsApp with your order number, a description of the issue, and a short video showing the problem. We will arrange a replacement within 48 hours of approval.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you will need to follow the return process above.

For Pay on Delivery orders that have mbeen dispatched, the ₦3000 confirmation fee is non-refundable if you cancel after dispatch.
